Phantom Blood: Until We Eternally Rest

Posted by Stanpai - 1 month ago

We all know the story of Jojo's Bizarre Adventure: Phantom Blood, but what if Dio's plan to murder Jojo using the stone mask came to fruition?

Often, I create content that I don't believe is reasonable for me to upload to Newgrounds either due to the production methods or ownership of the content. In this situation, it is a little bit of both. Today on my YouTube channel, I released a new dub project- a showcase of one of my favorite fan-works of all time based on the beloved Jojo's Bizarre Adventure: Phantom Blood.

In this original fan work by Virginia Room, we explore the events of this very scenario in a fully voiced rendition of a very thought provoking what-if. In many ways, I feel this story, attached to the original Phantom Blood narrative, exceeds the original as a tale of horror and intrigue. It is a must read for fans of Phantom Blood. Thank you for reading, I hope you will enjoy the production.

Editing and voice over by Stanpai.

Featuring Bergmite as Erina Pendleton and the housekeeper.

Music featured in this video comes from the following artists:

Rafael Krux

Alexander Nakarada

José da Vēde

A big thanks to All Sounds as well as Sound Bible for their invaluable assistance in sourcing sfx for this project.

Looks like real solid work here! Though I don't think I do know this particular story of Jojo's Bizarre Adventure: Phantom Blood... research required for context...

If you've seen or read part 1 of Jojo that's all you need. If not this is a good standalone story but it's way better with context.
