I spoke with negativeone and he gave me some advice on animating. the most important was to be sure you will stick with the idea. i have one. It came to me in school. I was doodling in my notes, and drew a a certain animal (i wont tell until the release!) and then drew it on the teacher's board where a friend of mine told me he liked it. this will be a cute toon with an adorable animal as the lead.
