This seems like a very good model for animation. I like the gradient and flower motifs in the hair. I would say this style is very Powerpuff-Girls era of cartoon. Nice job!

I'm not personally a fan of rough brushes that give a jittery feel on otherwise clean digital lines and of course also understand this is just a reference sheet.

While I'm not a fan of the rough brush that you used, the overall piece is very appealing to look at. The background is fairly simple, but that also stops it from distracting the viewer. Great job!

Main focus of the "kiss" is definitely where the best strength lies. Leg anatomy is a little strange. Lots of sketchiness and incomplete fills hidden up close, but I think it's a nice enough composition that I give it 4.5 regardless. Nice job!
