Rare character. I also learned about him from NG Rumble long ago.
I'd suggest cleaning this up, getting rid of sketchy lines and instead using firm lineart. It looks like a colored sketch. I can't say it's particularly impressive. I appreciate that you chose this character, though.

i probably should yeah, and thanks i especially was sad that this has the same amount of fan art
as Pico from sweat shop (which is to say barely any if you do not count multiple characters art)

What a truly bangin' piece. To take this even further, I'd say shade it. Spirit is the only character with shading, aside from Mom and GF's hair.
